Thank you for your interest in supporting Seattle’s Fan Celebrations as part of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™!

Seattle will host six FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches on June 15, June 19, June 24, June 26, July 1, and July 6. In partnership with Connors & Co. Events, SeattleFWC26 will produce a series of official Off-Stadium Activations taking place outside the stadium footprint at designated sites across Seattle. These large-scale, public-facing events will help shape the fan experience citywide.

We appreciate your interest in providing catering services in support of these celebrations. This form is intended to formally register your interest and collect information regarding your operational capabilities, relevant experience, staffing structure, and service capacity. The information submitted will assist our team in evaluating alignment with event logistics, site requirements, and overall program needs. 

Submission of this form does not guarantee selection or confirmation of participation. If selected to move forward, additional documentation, agreements, insurance verification, and compliance materials may be required.

Every submission will be reviewed with care. All applicants will receive follow-up communication regarding next steps.
