Thank you for your interest in supporting Seattle’s Fan Celebrations as part of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™!

Seattle will host six FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches on June 15, June 19, June 24, June 26, July 1, and July 6. In partnership with Connors & Co. Events, SeattleFWC26 will produce a series of official Off-Stadium Activations taking place outside the stadium footprint at designated public sites throughout Seattle.

This application is specifically for food vendors interested in participating on June 19, June 24, and July 6.

About the Event: Located along the Seattle waterfront at Pier 58, Pier 58 will serve as a vibrant gathering point for fans along the March to the Match route. This location will feature a curated selection of food vendors offering quick, high-quality options designed for fans moving through the area on their way to the stadium. In addition to food service, Pier 58 will host live entertainment and fan-focused activations throughout the day, helping create an energetic waterfront atmosphere where supporters can gather, celebrate, and enjoy the pre-match excitement before continuing along the March to the Match route.

This form allows food trucks and food carts to formally express interest in participating. Submission of this form does not guarantee selection or confirmation of participation. Vendors selected to move forward will be required to complete additional documentation, including agreements, insurance verification, health permits, and other compliance materials as determined by event scope and site requirements. The information collected through this form — including menu proposals, pricing, operational photos, prior event experience, and logistical details — will assist our team in evaluating vendor alignment with event needs, site constraints, and overall program goals.

All submissions will be reviewed carefully. Applicants will receive follow-up communication regarding next steps.
