Thank you for your interest in participating in Seattle Fan Celebrations as part of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™!

Seattle will host six FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches on June 15, June 19, June 24, June 26, July 1, and July 6. In partnership with Connors & Co. Events, SeattleFWC26 will produce a series of official Off-Stadium Activations taking place outside the stadium footprint at designated sites across Seattle. These large-scale, public-facing events will help shape the fan experience citywide.

Please complete the form below to formally submit your interest and provide relevant details about your food and beverage offerings, operational capabilities, and service model. The information collected will help our team evaluate alignment with event logistics, site requirements, and overall program needs.

Submission of this form does not guarantee participation. As opportunities become available, we will follow up with vendors whose services align with upcoming event needs. Additional documentation, agreements, insurance verification, and compliance materials may be required if selected to move forward.
