Food & Beverage Donation Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in supporting Seattle Fan Celebrations through an in-kind food or beverage donation as part of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™!
Seattle will host six FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches on June 15, June 19, June 24, June 26, July 1, and July 6. In partnership with Connors & Co. Events, SeattleFWC26 will produce a series of official Off-Stadium Activations taking place outside the stadium footprint at designated sites across Seattle. These large-scale, public-facing events will help shape the fan experience citywide.
We are seeking product donations to help fuel and support the dedicated staff and volunteers who are working to deliver these large-scale, public-facing activations.
Pre-packaged, shelf-stable products are the most logistically efficient for our team to distribute and manage. However, if you have an alternative donation concept or service model you would like us to consider, please outline it in the form below. Our team will review all submissions and follow up if the proposed donation aligns with operational needs.
Submission of this form does not guarantee placement or activation. If selected to move forward, additional coordination details, delivery timelines, and compliance documentation may be required.
